petition for steeve appreciation day

This is coming out of nowhere I know but I just read the Honors Notes for the Director for March 12 and I think I'm in love with Steeve. Picture of Steeve from the email below for those of you who don't remember this from or read the newsletter

Mega appreciation send out to Dr. Evans for bringing Steeve to life and Selah June for not bringing punishment down onto Stevee for looking different from all of the Plain Jane Eevees. Anyways I've been replaying my copy of Pokémon White and the timing for this post could not have been better for me personally. Can you tell. My Blitzle and Pansear would love to meet your Steeve. I'd make my Dewott be a good older brother to Stevee. Considering he's literally been to war Stevee would 100% be able to defeat Lerona's Watchdog in one hit (be grateful if you haven't fought that thing). I hope Steeve has the chance to evolve into a Stareon or Stumbreon or a Stespeon (my favorite evolution personally because of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, which I know wasn't that good but I don't care it was my first Mystery Dungeon experience ok). Also happy early birthday to Dr. Evans plz enjoy all the divine blessings that have been bestowed on you for resurrecting Steeve!! Happy early birthday! And congrats on your successful presentation at the Citadel Symposium on Southern Politics; your research on Sparta sounds really cool and it's genuinely both interesting to see someone doing research on something like small city revitalization and in a very interdisciplinary and intertwined way and there must've been a lot the panel had been covering that I wish I could hear about!
